Short description
Provides support for complex issues via internal company phone system and desk phones and for Systems Administration on local servers.
Responsibilities
- Assists customers with all areas of LAN applications. Upgrades, repairs, patches and rebuilds laptop and desktop computers as necessary.
- Sets up new accounts for internal customers, and resets passwords when necessary. Installs Company approved software applications as needed.
- Troubleshoots system and maintains call recording equipment.
- Provides backup to local Systems including troubleshooting of server applications, and working issues as assigned.
- Repairs or replaces user and agent in call center as needed..
- Creates and maintains all installation instructions for software applications.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with employees and customers at all levels.
- Working knowledge of past and current versions of MS Windows and Server Operating Systems.
- Working knowledge of computer systems to provide troubleshooting and support.
- Working knowledge of networks, and networked printers.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
